When will it arrive?
Orders usually leave within 2–3 business days of being placed, and delivery takes about 10–15 business days from shipping. In some cases it may take longer, for example during busy periods or because of carrier or customs delays. See our shipping policy.
My tracking hasn't updated
After the label is made it can take about a week for the first carrier scan, and scans can pause for a few days while a parcel travels between countries. That's normal, and your parcel is still on its way.
